Pasta casserole with vegan with Simply V shavings

Składniki:

  • 200 g of multigrain pasta
  • ½ Simply V packaging of vegan almond-based shavings
  • 120 ml of soy milk. 120 ml of coconut milk
  • 30 g of white onion
  • 10 g of garlic
  • 10 g of parsley
  • 20 g of black olives
  • 15 g of green olives
  • 25 g of dried tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 6-8 minutes, then drain.

2. In a pot, fry the finely diced onion and chopped garlic. Add both olives cut into “olives” and cut into dried strips. Pour in coconut and soy milk.

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finally, add the finely chopped parsley.
4. Place the cooked pasta in an ovenproof dish and pour over the mixture of milk and additives.

5. Sprinkle with vegan shavings of Simply V and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 8 minutes.
6.  Garnish with basil leaves and serve.

Tortilla sushi with vegan slices Simply V

Ingredients:

  • 1 corn tortilla
  • 80 g of smoked salmon
  • 2 x Simply V vegan slices with a distinct flavor
  • ½ Simply V vegan sandwich paste, mild flavor
  • 35 g of fresh cucumber
  • 6 basil leaves
  • Sweet chili sauce

1. Place the tortilla on a dry, hot pan and brown on both sides.
2. Wash the cucumber, peel it, cut it lengthwise into 4 parts, remove the seeds.

3. Brush the tortilla with the mild vegan Simply V paste, add slices of salmon, then cucumber, mint leaves and 2 vegan Simply V slices with a distinct flavor.

4. Roll it tightly into a roll, then cut it with a sharp knife – in half and then each other half again into 2 even parts (until the desired amount is obtained – 6 or 8 pieces).

5. You can serve with sweet chili sauce.

Mini Almette

Rolls with cagliata and bacon

Ingredients:

  • 2 balls of frozen pizza dough
  • 1 kg of tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 kg of Hochland Cagliata granules
  • 150 g of bacon
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

12 rolls

90 minutes

1. defrost pizza dough
2. Wash the tomatoes and dice them, chop the garlic, fry in hot oil, then add the tomatoes, stew for about 15 minutes
3. Combine two balls of dough, knead and roll into an oval cake

4. sprinkle the cake with flour and turn it over
5. spread the chilled sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with a layer of granulated Cagliata cheese
6. dice the bacon into small cubes and sprinkle it evenly over the dough
7. roll the dough with the filling into a tight roll

8. cut the roulade crosswise into 2.5 cm snails
9. flip each batch of dough flat and align the shape with your hand
10. place the snails on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
11. bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees °C

12. serve hot as an addition to soup or served cold as a snack with beer or as a salad bread
13. you can heat up previously baked snails for 2-3 minutes in the oven, sprinkling them with an additional portion of cheese
